In 2020, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis after losing vision in my left eye. Instead of settling for a life of decline, I turned to functional medicine, whole food nutrition, and faith-based wellness. I not only regained my sight—I healed my body, rebuilt strength, and reclaimed my life.

For the past 7+ years, I’ve lived the FASTer Way to Fat Loss® lifestyle, and I’ve coached countless women to lasting transformation by focusing on:
