I’m a former structural engineer turned functional health coach, wife of nearly two decades, and loving mom to four. In 2020, after suddenly losing vision and being diagnosed with MS, I chose a path of healing through whole food nutrition, strength training, faith, and functional medicine. Today, I’m more active than ever—skiing, chasing my kids, and soaking in the beauty of the outdoors. I’m a strong believer, deeply thankful to share my story and support women (and men) who feel stuck in fatigue, inflammation, or confusion. Healing is real, hope is alive, and I’m here to help you find your strength again—because you don’t have to do this alone.
